The merchandising team visit, on a monthly basis, around 300 top independent newsagents in 25 major London postcodes. Their brief is to keep these newsagents up to date with company promotions, ensure prominent displays, minimise early returns, encourage non-stockists to stock and place point of sale material where appropriate.
MMS can arrange strategic sampling exercises, mystery shoppers, competitions and direct delivery to selected newsagents, bookshops, galleries and non traditional outlets.
We also e-mail/mail out a monthly newsletter to keep newsagents up to date with our clients activity and also accept requests from non-clients should they have information they wish to convey to the trade.
Multiple Sector
In addition to the independent sector we can also carry out display checks and compliance of publisher promotions at the multiple groups and supermarkets.
We currently visit around 130 multiple retailers on a monthly basis. Our area of operation encompasses 25 major London postcodes and extends to Oxford in the West, Nottingham in the North and the coast in the East.
On top of this, through our network of contacts; we can arrange for merchandising to be carried out in the major cities throughout the UK, London mainline stations and the major airports.
Reporting
Informative monthly reporting includes information on availability, displays, point of sale, photographs, early sales data and competitor activity.
Should our clients have a request/problem we aim to respond within 36 hours.
