MMS Ltd was founded some six years ago to put back into the industry much of what has been lost over recent years that is a direct link between the publisher and retailer.

Traditionally, publishers had their own field force which visited multiple and independent newsagents to forge strong relationships. This enabled them to convey details of company promotions, generate prominent displays, glean early sales information and be their eyes and ears in the field. As this has now become an expensive luxury to most publishers, we have seen the demise of the circulation representative. It is on this basis that MMS was formed.
